WHAT IS LYNK?

Lynk is an intra-city on-demand last mile technology platform that connects customers (individuals/businesses) with trucks (logistics service providers) to efficiently move goods.

HOW DOES LYNK WORK?

Download our app from Playstore or Appstore to book a truck. We will match and send the nearest truck driver available within 45 minutes prior to the pickup time. Track your goods while our trucks complete the trip and pay the suggested fare. For any support/ queries, you can contact our hotline by calling 1800-258-2424.

WILL THE LYNK DRIVER HELP WITH THE LOADING UNLOADING OF GOODS?

Lynk drivers shall not be obliged to load/unload the goods, but can help on a friendly basis.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track a current trip, login with your booking ID at www.lynk.co.in/tracking. We show in real-time the movement of your truck in a map-view, with color coded updates on successful deliveries at the trip destinations. Further, the driver collects signatures and photos of delivery notes/invoices at each destination which can be seen from here.

HOW DOES THE PRICING WORK?

Our pricing is algorithmic and is based on a base fare and journey time. Please note that loading and unloading time are considered part of the journey time, and hence we advise customers to speed up the process
